BOBA BOURBON IRISH COFFEE

INGREDIENTS

• 3/4 cup [180ml] coffee
• 1/2 oz [45ml] Bourbon or Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz [30ml] Irish Cream liqueur (vegan optional)
• 1/2 tbsp [7.5ml] maple syrup
• 1 packet Brown Sugar BOBABAM
• 1/4 cup [60ml] heavy cream, whipped (or vegan whipped cream)

STEPS

• Prepare BOBABAM according to package instructions.
• Pour BOBABAM into clear mug or other heat-friendly glass.
• Add coffee, bourbon, Irish cream liqueur, and maple syrup.
• Stir to combine.
• Top with whipped cream and serve with a boba-friendly straw.
