INGREDIENTS

FLAVORED GELATIN MIX

• 6 oz [170g] box of gelatin mix (recommend selecting two different color and flavor boxes of gelatin mix; this recipe uses apricot and raspberry)
• 1/4 cup [300ml] boiling water

CONDENSED MILK GELATIN MIX

• 2 envelopes [5 tsp or 14.5g] unflavored gelatin powder
• 1/2 cup [120ml] cold water
• 1 cup [240ml] boiling water
• 14 oz [397gm] can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 packets Boba Bam (brown sugar flavor)
• Unflavored cooking spray
